Geel is de meest optimistische kleur die er is. Het staat voor licht, zomer en levenslust, en heeft de bijzondere eigenschap dat het letterlijk sfeer toevoegt aan een ruimte — ook op grijze dagen. Een geel kunstbeeld werkt fantastisch als vrolijk accent tegen een neutrale achtergrond van wit, grijs of hout, waar het meteen alle aandacht krijgt.
